About the owner

Hi there! I’m a teacher, crafter, and community enthusiast with a heart for creativity and a deep love for working with both kids and adults. There’s something magical about watching someone light up as they create something beautiful with their own hands—whether it’s a joyful finger-painted canvas or a thoughtful craft project shared among friends.

Paint and Praise and Kids Crafting Club were inspired by my desire to serve the community, glorify God, and give children a safe, fun, and uplifting space to stay engaged while school is out. These programs aren’t just about paint and glue—they’re about building confidence, sparking imagination, and encouraging each soul to express their God-given creativity.

My guiding light in all I do is Philippians 4:13:
"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

And one of my favorite quotes, which perfectly captures the spirit of this work, comes from Ralph Waldo Emerson:
“To know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded.”

My hope is that every class, every craft, and every moment spent creating brings joy, purpose, and just a little more beauty into the world.
