About Bridgette Adams-Pope
Bridgette Adams-Pope is a Christian author, educator, worship leader, and survivor whose life is a testament to God’s faithfulness. Born in Houston’s Third Ward, her journey began in trauma, silence, and self-doubt—but God turned every wilderness season into a story worth telling.
Her memoir, Grace in the Wilderness, chronicles her lifelong battle with childhood molestation, social anxiety, generational trauma, church hurt, and loss. Through honesty and spiritual reflection, Bridgette reveals how God met her again and again, transforming pain into purpose.
As an educator of more than twenty years, Bridgette has mentored countless students, using compassion and testimony as tools for change. She is passionate about empowering women to reclaim their voice, walk boldly in faith, and heal from the wounds that once silenced them.
Bridgette lives in Texas with her husband, Alfred. They share a blended family rich with children, grandchildren, laughter, and grace.
**Her Message Is Simple:
